NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES  sole purpose is to act as a marketing strategist for businesses or individuals that utilitize our sevice either voluntarily or by selection. The data that we collect will only be used for the purpose of listing company and/or personal infomation for the aforementioned and sharing on multiple social media platforms. No information will be sold. No guarantees on increased business sells or publicity. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND SAVE IT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH IT, YOU SHOULD NOT USE OUR SERVICE AND NOT SUBMIT YOUR LISTING AND IF YOU HAVE A LISTING, YOU MUST REQUEST IT BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU WISH TO BE LISTED, YOU MUST READ THIS AGREEMENT AND INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE WHEN INSTRUCTED. To have listing removed Email

 

2.Provided Services

Services may include, but not be limited to, the formation, designing, storage, management, sharing and linking of media and/or document files (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, animations, software, audio and video, also collectively known as the "Content"). Please note that part of the Services (or special features) may be provided only to Users who subscribe for such Services and NASHVILLE'S FABULIST may charge fees for such Services. 

 

3. Online Sharing through Third Party Services​

NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES  shares your  content through third party websites, blogs or email systems. through third party  You are fully aware of the fact that NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES shall not have any responsibility or liability with regard to any third party services or applications.

 

4. Copyright

NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES does not have the ability to determine the actual owner of content created and/or uploaded to the listing. You agree that all material submitted is free of any copyright or trademarks from any third party entity unless you have written consent.

 

5.  Data, Photo and Video

You agree to allow Nashville’sFabulist.Com, its representatives and employees the right to take or accept photographs/video of you and your property  in connection with the above-identified subject. You agree that Nashville’sFabulist.Com may use such photographs of you with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

 

6. Listing  Verification

Once notified that your listing is complete, it is your responsibility to verify all information and contact NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES immediately for corrections.  Email to submit corrections. 

 

7.Fee

Some of the Services offered require payment of fees. If you elect to sign up for services requiring payment, you shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Website in connection with such Services selected by you. NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES reserves the right to change its prices at any time. You authorize NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries it considers necessary to validate your account and financial information that you provided while signing up for such Services.
Please note that according to internal agreements, NASHVILLE'S BUSINESS PAGES  is entitled to collect fees from Users on behalf of the  Services, to process any payments and/or refunds and/or take any billing actions as required in connection with the collection of the fees on behalf of the Charged Services.  

 

8. Cancellation

 No refund on General Listing. All other listings, If you cancel your subscription plan within 10 days, you receive a  refund excluding a $5 entry fee, no questions asked.  If you choose to cancel after 10 days,  your refund will be prorated. To cancel, email us.
